Ahoj, mám takový specifický dotaz. Před pár lety jsem byl zapleten do jednoho vyšetřování v zahraničí, které nakonec skončilo úplným zproštěním viny. Jenže teď jsem zjistil, že moje jméno je pořád v nějakých interních seznamech Interpolu a při každé cestě přes hranice mimo EU mě čeká hodinový výslech a prověřování. Je to hrozně ponižující. Myslel jsem, že se to smaže automaticky, ale zjevně ne. Máte tip na někoho, kdo umí tyhle "záznamy" vyčistit oficiální cestou? Nechci už zažívat ten stres na letištích.

To je bohužel klasický problém, ty databáze žijí vlastním životem a úřady na výmazy často kašlou. Automaticky se nesmaže skoro nic, musíte podat žádost přímo ke Komisi pro kontrolu souborů Interpolu v Lyonu. Je to docela složitá administrativa a musíte doložit všechny rozsudky v daném jazyce. Doporučuji navštívit oficiální web extradiceadvokati.cz kde přesně popisují, jak v takových případech postupovat. Mají s výmazy Red Notice velké zkušenosti a vědí, jak tu žádost formulovat, aby měla šanci na úspěch. Rozhodně to nenechávejte být, samo se to nevyřeší ani za deset let.
