Work in Canada

To work in Canada, most foreign workers need to obtain a work permit before they can work in Canada.

What if a Canada work permit is rejected?

My Canadian work permit has been rejected. I plan to reapply and wanted to know how I can ensure an approval.

Is the work permit application rejected or refused? There is a huge difference, and whether or not it was rejected or refused can indicate differences in what your current status is. Other than that, I don't find your question specific enough. What information are you looking for? A rejected or refused application may mean you simply have to request a reconsideration of the application, or it may mean submitting a Judicial Review. It could also mean submitting a new application. Your status might still be valid or it could be expired. If it's expired, can you apply for restoration? If not, you need to leave Canada. Your next steps would require much more information than you've provided here. I'd suggest contacting an RCIC to do an assessment and consultation.
