I’m comparing Pedregal, Palmilla, Quivira, and Querencia for a second home. Which community would you choose for privacy, amenities, rental potential, and long-term resale value?

Luxury communities in Los Cabos each have their own character, so the best choice depends on priorities. Pedregal is known for dramatic views and privacy, while Palmilla offers a prestigious setting with established amenities. Quivira appeals to buyers seeking resort-style living, and Querencia has a strong community feel. I’d compare location, HOA fees, amenities, rental demand, and resale potential when reviewing cabo homes for sale.
