Hi Rritro,

If you are inadmissible on the ground of criminality or serious criminality, normally you will not be allowed to enter and remain in Canada. There are mechanisms in place to overcome criminality depending on applicants' situation. Please check the inadmissibility assessment on the official website of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada here to see whether you are inadmissible and how to overcome it: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/inadmissibility.html

Good luck,

Hey Briro, that’s a tough situation. From what I understand, having an active warrant—especially involving probation—can make things more complicated when applying to work in Canada. Immigration officials usually run background checks, and past legal issues might raise flags. It doesn’t mean it’s impossible, but it could take more time and possibly legal help to sort out. Speaking of patience and planning, I once had to reschedule a flight due to a paperwork mix-up and found the Sun Country Airlines phone number really useful for getting things sorted quickly. Sometimes, a good conversation with the right authority makes all the difference.
