Provincial Nominee Program Draws: September 2—9

Three new Provincial Nominee Program draws were held this week in B.C., Saskatchewan, and Nova Scotia.

British Columbia’s draw was held on September 3, issuing invitations to candidates across five separate streams. Minimum scores were roughly the same as the previous draw on August 20, with the largest change in the Express Entry B.C. - Skilled Worker category, which dropped to 96 points.

Nova Scotia held its first Labour Market Priorities draw on September 4, selecting candidates with French as their first official language and with a CLB score of at least 8. Candidates were also required to have English as their second language with a CLB score of 6 and post-secondary education.

Finally, on September 5, Saskatchewan invited 45 candidates with a minimum score of 120 through their Entrepreneur stream.
